If you want to apply for SNAP (formerly known as the Food Stamp Program), please stop by Lake Cares on Thursdays between 9 am - 11 am. Our team of trained volunteers will guide you through the application process. Spanish-speaking volunteers may be available; however, we advise that clients bring along someone to translate in the event that a translator isn't on site. Clients are served on a first come, first serve basis. You will need to bring along proof of income, your Social Security Card and any normal monthly bills to show your monthly expenses.
